This time around, we talk with Kristyn Leach, the resident farmer for Namu Gaji restaurant in San Francisco.
In the hills above San Francisco Bay, Kristyn spends the year tending to a mix of American and Korean vegetables and herbs which she delivers directly to the restaurant’s Mission District location.
We talk with Kristyn about her connection to the field, how the farm does and doesn’t fit in with the economics of our food system, and why natural farming is about far more than just nutritious food…
